Yesterday I worked out taking care of our yard, ate at 115% of goal and met all activity goals. A couple of weeks ago, I lowered my daily calorie intake to 1700 instead of 1800 and lowered my "How closely followed" threshold for eating "Poorly". My control over maintenance seems to have improved. My nutrition has remained unchanged because the calories I cut were mostly carbs. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
154.1 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
