Weight is still steady. Must get more motivated!!! My husband and i have made a promise to start walking each night next week once the time changes and we have more daylight after work. So that should help.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good plan to me. My husband and I walk around our subdivision and really enjoy our time together. We have a snack after work and then head out the door. It's a good habit to get into. He keeps me motivated because he walks almost every day, with or without me. I bet the children will enjoy it too.

I am doing exactly the same thing...soon as the time changes...and it stays light after work....me and the stop sign at the end of the road have a date!!! It's 2.6 miles return trip...so looking forward to that! You'll start dropping those pounds in no time at all darlin! Keep at it....Huggies

I want to start walking outside again too. The fresh air and sunshine helps make you feel better too. I just have to wait till this blizzard blows through and the sun finally starts shining again..lol

Sounds like a good plan, Graciepoo. Keeping motivation is the hard part, I think, after all this time engaged in the diet process. You'll reach your goal, just need to balance staying motivated with being patient with yourself. Walking is a great way to do that. I love my daily walks to work (even though the weather is just nasty here) and I look forward to warmer weather for walking this spring.
