First day was calorie-heavy, but the macros are in line. Today, I didn't start eating until noon today, trying to increase the fasting period, and have a good plan. Excited!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
