I’m thrilled! After my 1800 (85% fat & carbs) calorie cheat day, I only gained .6 lbs! I was expecting worse although I may retain a lot of water today considering I consumed a lill over 2000 mg of sodium last night
197.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
