Well only one pound, but at least it got me out of the 290's.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Wooohooo! Those middle digit rollovers are just as exciting as the first digit rollovers! It just makes you FEEL thinner saying those new numbers. Way to go! Enjoy your success and be proud of your magnificent accomplishment! 61 pounds GONE!

WOW! 2008 is definitly your year! Look how great you've done since the first of the year! What are you doing to reward yourself? The concept is silly, I know, but I'm telling you... it works to keep you motivated! So come up with something to do to reward yourself.
