Three one week periods with 2 lbs/wk loss!! (vacation was a 10 day period in the middle of that...and held steady, w/ no loss, no gain) I am starting to see regular movement...and I ain't talking about BM's either! Yahoo!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 May 2010:
1349 kcal Fat: 100.80g | Prot: 100.15g | Carb: 4.36g.   Breakfast: ham steak (6 oz), eggland's best eggs. Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, ham steak (6 oz). Dinner: real bacon bits 1/4 of 1 tbsp., marie's blue cheese, (2 tbsp), iceburg lettuce, country pork ribs. more...
losing 2.0 lb a week
