So, so busy lately with work and life. I haven't checked in with anyone in forever. Still holding 138. 5K run is next week, so I will be running more next week. Got the Jillian Michael's "30 Day Shred" dvd. Level one is pretty easy, and level 3 is hard! It gives your core a great workout. Just no time for any extras lately, but it looks like this week will be calming down. take care!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
