Eh-it was my special time of the month this week and I didn't stick to it like I should have. I am switching to Core for this week and expect to see numbers go down at my next weigh in. Wish me luck!

288.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb. Still to go: 108.2 lb. Diet followed poorly.

It's just such a tiny little amount - I'm glad you're not letting it get you down. Back onto Core for both of us! Hey, you're still down a total of over 40 pounds... time for a new picture! :)
