Quite the last few days.
Had a great Saturday and then got cocky on Sunday and ended up eating 6 pieces of Popeye's Chicken, 2 biscuits, 1/2 a family size cole slaw and a whole family size mashed potatoes. Followed that up with a sleeve of Girl Scout Cookies too.
Did an almost full day day fast on Monday until 6pm and the I ate under my calories the last 2 days and I have had the stomach flu since Monday night.
I can say that yup it was unconventional but I am back to losing and in a groove!

BTW...Eating an old favorite like Popeye's was far from satisfying , even while I was inhaling it. Afterwards I sat down and thought about it and those old habits and poor choices don't fulfill you in any way and they make the body feel bogged down.
Real food is so much more fulfilling once you get past the temptation of fast food's slight of hand qualities!
291.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
