Stayed on point yesterday and limited the carbs (except the 1 safeway double chunk brownie cookie I had at lunch hehe). After only 4 hours of sleep the night before, somehow I had tons of energy so after I ate dinner I got my running gear and went to a local regional park that not many people frequent (thanks to the steep inclines from the parking lot). Clocked in a good hour's worth of hiking and running time (with sweat belt, t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, and my Rocky style hooded sweatshirt) and finish up drained of energy and soaked with sweat. I then dug deep and had more energy for a chest and delts workout. I freakin love it.

100%, baby! And it showed both on the scale and in the mirror! Wahoo!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
