My goal is to be under 150lbs. Lets see how long it will take me to lose this weight.

I want to weigh less than 150 as well. Hoping to achieve that goal by the end of September....It is a bold challenge. However I am going to work hard to reach it.

I havent weighed less than 150 in almost 30 yrs. Its a goal and as long as I do it healthy, I think Ill make it.
