Back to a big buffer under goal. Anticipating a big weekend. Dinner at a steakhouse and a Cinco De Mayo party. Will probably have a little too much of everything. Need to be strict before and after the 'blowout'! Have a good week everyone!

I was reading your posts for the first time and all I can say is ,Wow. Want to mention that you don't have to go to the gym to resistance train. your own body is all you need, especially if you are just starting!
