I am fast approaching my 1st weight goal. Strangely , after 11 months practicing Keto, it hardly seems to matter as much to me...as it once did. The NSVs far surpassed and were so unexpected thus my life and energy is restored.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 79.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn’t it 😉 amazing! LOL But once you bring it down you will want to incorporate it into a WOE that you can maintain for the rest of your life. 🤷🏻‍♀️Then the challenge of maintaining without creep begins! LOL 🙋🏻

I feel happy for you. I should come to your page more often. The weird thing is my FS page only shows me the same ppl every day. :)
