I'm trying to get away from being so weight conscious and focus more on reducing body fat. I got in an intense workout at the gym yesterday. I didn't get to the gym while on vacation last week so it felt good to be back. I ate under goal, met all activity goals and body fat percentage was down today.
158.9 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

100% agree...the scale is a good tool to see trends, but the amount of fat we gain or lose is really where the rubber hits the road.
