I am having a time with the last 10-12 pounds.It has taken a month just to lose a few pounds. I am okay with my size just needing to tone more. My weight went up last week and then down and back up. I started my period and was glad to start because I was wanting to eat everything and even gave in a few times. I was glad to know it was just the period making me want to eat like crazy and making my weight go up and down. I have started working out a lot more here lately. I use to work out just 3-4 times a week. Now I work out about everyday. I cant believe that I actully enjoy working out I never would have thought it. I love more than anything feeling healthy. It helps me stay on track with what I eat.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

What a beautiful photo! I am struggling as well with the last few pounds. Keep it up...so close! Do you think bumping up the workouts helped you start dropping again?
