I'm super-frustrated right now! I was so good this week, except for the 4th of July. I may have celebrated a bit too much...but I worked out extra this week, sometimes even 2 hours a day! And what does the scale say: I've gained 2 lbs. What!?! 2 freaking pounds!
195.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
