Zigzag m-1955, t-1565, w-1317, Th-825,f 808 so far. 1294 avg. aiming for 1200-1500 avg. Still have a meal and snack to go for today. Love zigzag as it’s more relaxed and on days I’m not hungryor eat really low cal foods I just make it up the next day that I’m hungry. Also can throw in some junk like Pizza last night and a Vanilla Coke today at the track meet. Wish I could find bulk bottles of Coke Zero sugar cherry and Coke Zero sugar vanilla to take with us! Down 12, 23-38 to go!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
