Gosh, this is so easy. All I have to do is walk a couple miles every day without fail, swim hard for 15-30 minutes, eat only what's on plan and incorporate this seamlessly into my life. I can even work a normal job! 🤣😂😆

Seriously though, I am happy because I earned this drop this morning. I haven't even gotten to the butt-kicking slew of activities I have to get through this weekend. BF is on travel so I'm on my own.

I'm pretty sure some of the holding on to the last couple of pounds was adding in the cauliflower the last couple of days. You all know the saying, "When in doubt, poop it out." Well, in this case it finally worked. It just took more time than I wanted it to.

So, enough progress to keep me on track and motivated for another week. Good thing, because they moved the food online and I have to buy a ton to get the discount and that's not fun.

I did cheat this week and I ate a whole banana from my neighbor's tree. Key is for scale. 🤣

Edit: pic didn't upload for whatever reason, but the whole banana with the skin on is just a tiny bit longer than the key for my car. Totally adorable and totally delicious, the whole bite. If you ever get a chance to taste non-grocery store bananas, do it. They are completely different and amazing. It's not the sweetness, it has taste and flavor.
