The Blue Box's Journal, 05 July 2012

I ate waaaaay too much in celebration for the 4th of July. None of the calories were alcohol related, it was all sweets for me! A double serving of Gelato and 6 cheesecake cupcakes... I tell ya, I am the best at rationalizing to eat more, the 4th only happens once a year, I need to make sure to celebrate it as much as I can. Doesn't make sense now, but it sure did at the time! :) Now if only I could reverse that way of thinking into rationalizing to eat less! Oh well, today is a new day!
101.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
