lack of loss makes me wonder if I was wrong about my starting weight but have been using the same scales. grrrr... hate staying the same!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you just have to be patient.. sometimes when u least expect it thats when you loose weight, and your kinda like and u didnt notice u were losing.. you'll get there Jeni.. good luck

hang in there. sometimes the weight loss happens that way. the first time I went on this diet... it took a month of being on it faithfully before I lost a pound. However I lost inches way before the pounds. by the look of your weigh loss chart, you are doing very well. Hang in there! Your patience will pay off!

Have you made sure with your doctor that you don't have any health issues that would keep you from losing weight? Like a thyroid disorder? I tried losing weight about 2 years ago with diet and exercise. I was busting my butt at the gym with a trainer for three months and on a strict diet. I gained weight - and it was not muscle. My clothes were fittig worse as time went on. My mom suggested I have it checked out and that was my problem. Thankfully, it was all related to pregnancy hormones that hadn't calmed down after the birth of my son. I'm okay now and back on track. But I beat myself up for that enitre time!! Hope this helps and goo luck!!
