I just got lucky found what works for me and stuck with it!

It's the sticking to it part that I have trouble with! Seems like after about a week something happens to get me off track, need to figure out how to stick with it for longer stretches of time before indulging in a treat.

Patty, how tall are you? Our weights are starting to become the same. I'm 5'3 1/2" (doctor won't accept that I'm 5'4", so I measured and he's right)
