Had an great weekend plagued by sleeping late which I need to fix. Feeling great otherwise. Weight going up suspect it is body re-balancing itself.
254.9 lb Lost so far: 84.9 lb.    Still to go: 63.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
