I'm a little surprised I lost anything this week! I've been so bad with my eating...I've been really stressed, but I have been working out. I think I would have lost more if I ate right...

My husband and I have to go to a funeral at the beach today. A really close family friend died of a massive heart attack. It's another reminder for me of the importance of eating right and working out. :(
213.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It really is a wake up call to examine our own health when something like that happens. Congrats on the weight loss. It just shows that you are making better choices than you think. The healthy habits are interfering with your weight gain! Ha! How's that for a turn around?! Have a Super Saturday!

It's amazing how much exercise can "save the day", so to speak isn't it. But you did great there, so good for you because you really do deserve every little ounce with all the exercise you do! Aw, so sorry to hear of your loss too. Life is too short at the best of times, but it does make you think doesn't it. Hugs xx

I'm so sorry about the loss of your friend. God's peace be with you. You are doing great with the weight loss and your chart is on a great downward slope! Things are looking good in that respect!
