jengetfit123's Journal, 15 April 2018

I will take it! A few bumps in the road food-wise this week but i worked out a lot. i am down 30# since 12/17 but i don't really see/feel any difference yet. I think it is bc i was in denial about how big i got. I am just going on faith that it is going to show and i just need to keep doing what i am doing! Hoping to burn some fat cells shoveling snow today, otherwise it is rest day.

Although i do see other positive changes, like increased stamina and coordination. I can work out longer than i ever thought possible. My roommate has praised my attitude and i know working out has helped my mood. These are all good, but also looking forward to smaller pants. :)

Your weight loss chart so far is perfect. However, it is ok if that changes in the future.

Ty for the support fs! 8patty, i am so bad at measuring myself that my baseline stats are always a vague guesstimate. I don't feel it in my clothes yet, but sooner or later i will... Adefweb, i know it won't always come off this steadily (and as much as i hate to admit it, i know it would be much better if it comes off slower to give my mind and body time to adjust) but it is nice to hsve some external affirmation that i am making better choices for me. :)
