That’s some serious caloric intake! I thought ingesting 2700-2900 calories was tough....

I’m here trying to figure out how to get over 2000 calories here to start maintenance…knowing how many calories I burn per day with my activity level I assume you’re active, at minimum 2-3 hours per day, maybe more?

Went back and checked your bio again…putting weight on…makes sense now.

I'm very active at work. 12 hour shifts 7days a week. Constant walking, dragging, pushing, pulling hvy pumps, moving hvy hoses, climbing up and down 40 ft stair Cases. Plus 2hours gym everyday. We went back to 8hr shifts and I left my calories high last week and over shot my weekly goal by about a half pound .
