Well, well, well... it looks like this train is slowing down a tad! No worries, y'all - figured it happens as we creep closer-and-closer to the final stop (LOL!)
224.6 lb Lost so far: 147.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine is slowing too, but I feel the same. As we get closer it will happen a little slower.

You’re reaching the hardest part on your WOE! LOL 💁🏻‍♀️This is when you need to start adjusting your macros, RDI, and activity levels to drop and maintain and experiment a bit to figure out what you are going to be able to live with, and what you can’t. 🙋🏻The fun begins...My advice is to not race through this like you are racing to a finish line, but to pause occasionally to allow your body to adjust to the weight it’s at and stabilise there. Work this as if you were already halfway entering maintenance once you get under 200 maybe? 🤷🏻‍♀️
