I had a late night peanut attack otherwise I would have eaten under goal. I actually ate at 108% of goal. I hit all activity goals. I have not had a chance to visit the gym so far this week. I'm in dire need of a workout...
156.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
