Pleased ☺

Especially since I was lazy last night and had a glass of wine and a packet of crisp in front of the wood burner instead of working out. But eating 3 meals and no snacking in between seems to pay off. And the occasional treat fits in too ☺
156.5 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As you start to get to ‘maintenance’ you have to know how to maintain and make a lifestyle of it since you can’t deprive yourself forever! 🤷🏻‍♀️I’ve been working on trying to figure this out on and off for the last year. It’s why I eat more carbs than most straight ‘keto’ dieters.💁🏻‍♀️
