Yesterday I worked my lower body and abs pretty hard. I don't feel very sore so far this morning but I do feel it. My weight is holding steady today. Protein intake has been good and I would like to eat under goal another week...

Amandkane1, I'm starting to feel some soreness tonight and it feels good in a crazy kind of way. It lets me know that I didn't waste my time going to the gym... lol
