I ate reasonably well yesterday. I did go at it hard with resistance training and steps. I'm not concerned. I'm definitely making strength gains. It is what it is...
157.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
