Woke at 212.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. Fasted until 6:00 pm and got a 211.8 weigh in before dinner Eating 1634 calories tonight. Getting a late start for my business travel so I will probably have two small meals, one here and another if my coworker wants to get something somewhere. UPDATE: Had a burger without bun, some veggies, and a few drinks later. But did not use all my allotted calories so I actually finished the month below my 1640 per day calorie goal.
