I have mixed emotions about my eating yesterday. I had a nice weight drop this morning but nutritionally it was lacking. I know that some people fast some days regularly with success and without health consequences. I feel fine this morning so I guess I will be ok...
152.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
