I worked in the attic yesterday replacing a worn wooden attic ladder with one made of aluminum. It was hot as all get out and I sweated until my clothes were soaked. I sweated off 5 pounds but was able rehydrate most of it.

Some of my FitBit friends may have noticed that I'm not getting in as many steps lately. My wife has me working on some projects around the house this year. We remodeled the kitchen late last year, added new trim and painted the dinning room so far this year. Now we are preparing the halls and living room. So some days I may not not get in all my steps but it has been easy maintain the amount of calories burned. Have a good day everyone!!!
