Woke at 204.8, down 1.4 from yesterday. Ate breakfast out, a salad for lunch, and at dinner I went from not wanting anything to having a few chicken tenders and then eating a ton of roasted nuts at home. So went over my calories by 600 (!) in roasted nuts! Let’s see if the fact that those were mostly fat and not carbs works against me. Did 60 minutes of treadmill at 3 mph late in the day and got back to 203.6. Will eat 1501 calories tomorrow to get back on track.
