It's spring and pretty outside. I have to stay indoors to do taxes today until we are done. At least I was able to get a quickie workout before starting. I can't wait to get back at it...
153.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
