Good Friday morning everyone. I pray each one has a great Holiday weekend. On the personal side I'm somewhat satisfied with the my calorie intake but I feel the need to concentrate on nutrition. Have a good one everybody!!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
