My weight is really bouncing around this week. I noticed that I have not gotten in as much resistance training this week. Maybe that has something to do with it. Day 25 of 30...
155.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
