I as I reflect back on the year, I can't complain. Although I have gained almost a couple of pounds so far this holiday season, I'm not concerned. I'm in charge. Last year this time I was wearing 36 waist pants comfortably and that was a big improvement over the 38's I was wearing below my belly two Christmas before. This year I'm complaining to my wife that the 34's are too loose and the 32's she has started buying me fit good but not tight. I still would like have a flatter stomach and build up my chest up a bit but it too has improved.

I'm looking forward to continuing to maintaining a healthier lifestyle, weight and a reasonable level of fitness...

157.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sometimes i gain more weight for my motivation from shocking , you can push harder if you know your weight was over from before.
