Woke at 217.6, down .6 from yesterday morning. Fasted until after 3:30 because I had a tooth pulled this morning and had a physical this afternoon. Went to the DMV twice to convert my brother’s car title and registration into my name. Finally got home at about 4:00. Jason took me to the store to stock up on cottage cheese and greek yogurt for my recovery period. Came home at 215.4. Doctor’s visit went well, but I need to go to see four specialists for various things. I am a bit anemic, which shows up in how cold I am all the time. Most other bloodwork looked great and some results will take a few days. He had no answer for (and was astonished by) my tendency to gain massive water gains after overeating carbs and sodium for short periods of time. Beautiful day here but I’m going to pass on the walk and simply rest. Just popped a pain pill as a headache from the dental procedure is finally kicking in after 7 hours. Enjoy your weekend!

Sorry to hear about the tooth :( Will ask for higher help on your behalf again. Sounds like it might have had some success at your doctor's visit. Will add all those specialists to my prayer as well. Have a restful weekend :D

I left you my take on the fluid retention in another post for you Bill. I do the same thing ... retain tons of fluid. I hope you feel better after the dentist visit. Hugs!
