I ate at an Asian Buffet last night and was overwhelmed by all the choices...
156.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I hope you enjoyed your evening out....and still only a half lb gain. It may go away tomorrow. Sometimes the salt and msg can make us retain fluid. have a great week.
