Saturday official weigh in day. Woke at 199.4. Did full body dumbbell workout followed by 1000 calories of HIIT treadmill. Got a 196.6 weigh in. Fasted until 3pm. Targeting 1967 calories today.

I have a question about the Bulletproof Coffee - I believe you have only coconut oil in yours. Is there a negative impact on Intermittent Fasting if 1 tablespoon of whipping cream is added? What are your thoughts/ experience on this?

Congrats!!!!- I was showing people at work all your numbers and they were amazed! One lady told me she does not want to know what her metabolic age is, Lol!!!!!!- Most of my co workers Were VERY Impressed!!!!!!!!
