Thanks guys! It is all from healthy foods and portion sizes. Plus i know breastfeeding is helping as well. I never thought I could be this small. Especially considering i quit worrying about calories over a year ago. I think by analyzing all that i was always seeing i could still have more before i hit my RDI. Now i just listen to my hunger cues
