Amazing amount of water weight gained overnight after a 5100 calorie party day on the bay in Annapolis, Maryland. Up to 213.2, including at least eight pounds of pure glycogen/water, which is elevating the muscle and bone mass numbers. Will do alternate 1000 calorie/1800 calorie days until we are back on track with the 1840 calorie daily goal.

Lol- you made me feel better/ calories wise I did okay for maintenance weight but not weight loss- I will see what home scale says tommorow morning- I happy you enjoyed the party!!!!-Consider this weekend your summer ending party and back to business on monday!!!

A 5000 calorie day is the exception not the rule of days gone past I sure. It amazes me how quickly your body responses to a change in calorie intake. I'm thinking the closer you are to ideal weight the quicker your body reacts, ....I don't that meter/gauge in me yet. Cheers.
