I hate when that happens. When my evening weight after all my meals is low, I get excited about the morning and onece in a while, the weight is higher. Go figure. It will get back down again, no worries.

Cursed scales. But if I were a betting man I'd wager you'll be hitting in the 190's very soon.

I'm sure that you know that these weight fluctuations are merely water swings. Your body composition is awesome. Honestly, IMHO you should just concentrate on body fat percentage. If you're gaining muscle weight, your body fat percentage will drop even though your weight may stay level or even rise slightly. I would love to weigh 220 lbs with 8% or 10% body fat. I could do a walk-on tryout for the Broncos...LOL. Have a great day Bill.

I got stuck at a job yesterday that forced me to eat after 8PM yesterday, so I'm in your same boat. I hate eating so late, also. The food and the salt really stick to your ribs for some reason. I was 200 before dinner and 203 this AM. Arg.

Don't beat yourself up over this. I was down to 210 earlier this yer and got up to 237 after a foot surgery in April. I had my second foot surgery in July and am down to 217. Since I can't really exercise until I can walk fully on both feet, I just started drinking more smoothies, eating more greens, and eating less carbs. You deserve a little snack and a splurge day or night every once and a while.

I saw your weigh in. I'm not worried. You worried? Nah. You are Bill the macros numbers athlete with weekly calorie averaging. No problem! I wish Denise was a member here and I could watch her weight going down!

IF you stress your body will hold water. I know for women we can flex around 3# of water weight a day. The up and down is normal. Its okay. Just use that to hit it hard this week. But have fun with it!
