Draglist's Journal, 14 April 2014

Well, this isn’t pretty but it sure was fun. Vacation weekend with our daughter Emily in Ohio included overeating every day from Friday through Monday. Up 11 pounds from my last weigh in three days ago but looks like water retention from too many carbs (which shows up in the muscle mass). Body fat went up a bit, too, so we will work that off.

Here are the 4/14/14 Tanita Numbers (pre-dinner, no workout):

Weight - 219.8
Goal Weight (10% BF) - 206.0

So glad you had a good time. I like that you post the ups as well as the downs. It makes it easier for me to be honest with my numbers J

No big deal! Just press the reset button. You will get back on track. Give yourself another day for all that food to digest...and wait for another "bio-event" ( to quote Rob C. Weiss.). You'll loose all that extra poundage in no time.
