Down a few more ounces to 216.2 after a 1000 calorie day consisting of half protein, some fats and very few carbs. Teleworking today due to the snowstorm, so will do a workout at the end of my fasting period and before my first meal. May get a bit more of a drop after that.
216.2 lb Lost so far: 108.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's coming off, Bill! Proud of you! You must be working from home today. How many inches did you get? We are 13 degrees F now. It is flurrying but only about 1/2 inch so far.

Thanks again for the explanation on Mom's Journal. I'll have to show DH your website as he loves drag racing (we are poor people, yet there is always a project car in the garage - LOL). BTW - you are doing great losing those Christmas pounds.
