Ate a lot at a wedding on Saturday night but just meat, salad, and lots of red wine! Did not eat much at all on Sunday : ) Rewarded with a new low at 237.0 today.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
