Steady on. Lost five pounds this month. Going to adjust my daily calorie average from 1685 to 1624 starting in February. This after a recalculation to achieve 225 lbs by June 26 (one year FatSecret anniversary).
264.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
