Yesterday started out great. It was a lift day and I got in a medium intensity workout. While I was working out we had severe thunder storms. As I was driving home from the gym, I noticed a lot of debris in the street as I neared my neighborhood. I was concerned because I received a tornado alert on my mobile phone when I was changing in the locker room. As I turned the corner I prayed that none of my trees had fallen. I could hear the neighbor's generator running when I got out the car and noticed that none of my trees had fallen. I started my generator and started checking around my house. That's when I noticed that another neighbor's tree had fallen on the power lines behind my house and into my yard. We lost utility power, cable, phone and internet services. All were restored by midday today.

My wife is still out of town and I'm still adjusting to feeding myself. I did much better eating yesterday than I had done the day before. I ate under goal, even met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .5%
