Yesterday I ate well all day but attended a Steel Pulse and Ziggy Marley concert. We had a fantastic time and I drunk a beer while I was there. When I got back home I had a terrible case of the munches. I ate four servings of Pecan Clusters from Costco and three servings of Trix bars in about ten minutes. I ended up eating very "Poorly" for the day at 169% of goal. I did meet all activity goals. BF up .3%
154.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Oh man, I know how those munchies feel and it was just alcohol. Lord, save us if we got a hold of anything else.
